The scope include gutting the interior and structurally stabilizing the masonry walls. The new layout provides a bright open living area and seamless connection to the rear garden.
Row House, Brooklyn NY
George Architect is converting a two story 1900 cira row-house to three units. The scope includes a horizontal and vertical extension to four stories supported by a new structural steel framing. Roof terraces occur at the upper floors at the building setback and projecting balconies at the rear on each floor.
Small House, NY

The first floor will contain the living spaces which opens to a patio with access to a roof terrace above the garage, a second floor containing two bedroom and the attic level a bedroom/playroom with access to a terrace.
