Discovery Pitstop, Pre-school

George Architect recently completed a Day-Care Center in Clinton hill Brooklyn. A former thrift shop with a partial basement and a garage was converted to form the new center. 

The scope included full architectural service, MEP, Fire alarm & Sprinkler services to legally convert the retail space to new school. George Architect established the floor plan layout and direction of the project to facilitate the conversion and was responsible for the coordination with the consultants and the contractor.

Ishka Designs was responsible for the interior design theme, coordinating all finishes and furniture.

Sterling Engineering was responsible for the sprinkler system and fire alarm scope.
